By using the Smart Mobility Contracting Company mobile application or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

We provide luxury chauffeur and transportation services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Service availability, vehicle types, and pricing are subject to change and may vary based on demand, location, and booking type.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and booking services.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings made through the App are subject to confirmation. Cancellation and refund policies apply as displayed at the time of booking or as communicated by our customer support team.
5. User Conduct
You agree to treat our chauffeurs and staff respectfully and to comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for misconduct, safety concerns, or violation of these terms.
6. Payments
Fees are charged as displayed in the App or agreed upon for corporate accounts. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for completed services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Mobility Contracting Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our App or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal data.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
